Would making a Wikipedia article about a Vegas commercial be considered copyright infringement?

My friend and I want to use two Vegas commercials to start a popular trend and to do that we'd like to write a Wikipedia article about said commercial. Would we get in any type of legal trouble over this?Would making a Wikipedia article about a Vegas commercial be considered copyright infringement?
Also, as long as you're not using the commercial in whole or part, in the article, you should not run into any copyright issues.

The worst that would happen is Wikipedia would remove the article. You should cite whatever sources you've used to write the article. If you're still not sure, contact the Vegas Tourism Bureau and ask permission.Would making a Wikipedia article about a Vegas commercial be considered copyright infringement?
Boys and girls, merely ';citing'; the author of a copyrighted work is not a defense to copyright infringement -- maybe for plagiarism -- but the mere copying of the works of another, without license or exemption is a violation, even if you say who it is you're ripping off, or even if you offer to pay them money (they have the exclusive right to deny any use of their works).

One POSSIBLE exemption is ';critique, news or parody'; under the doctrine of ';fair use';. Look it up on wikipedia.
If you cite everything properly, it wouldn't be copyright infringement, but it would probably get flagged for deletion.
