What fabric is best for making tight fitting stretch tops. All my fav tops say 95% cotton 5% elastane ?

well a good mix is 72% cotton, 28% polyester, and 5% elastane. For stronger, thicker fabric replace the 5% elastane with 5% spandex. Hollister and Abercrombie have a lot of tight fitting stretch tops, so does Aero and American Eagle. If you want, buy a few tight fitting stretch tops from there and look at the tag. There are many different combinations, but the best is the one that I mentioned, as far as i know.
Cotton is a easy material to work with and is also very forgiving!


You can make cotton baggy or tight.


Cotton will be your best bet!
