Depends on how far you went with making out sweetie. You could get things like herpes, mono, but I'm sure at your age you have nothing to worry about, but you might want to rethink just how many girls that you do make out with, you never know who they were making out with before you. I know that it is the thing that people your age do, but try to be very selective and don't be in such a hurry to experience every thing this young. You have a life time ahead of you for that. Depends on what exactly you did. Kissing can transfer an STD like herpes. If you went further and touched each others genitals, then more STDs could be transferred. It all depends on what you did. In this day in age it is very important to use protection and know your partner and what their sexual history is like. Don't take any chances and if you can, try and hold off on your sexual activity, you're only 14 and the last thing you want to do is get yourself into trouble by getting an STD or getting a girl pregnant. You have your whole life ahead of you to get married and have one parnter... speaking from experience.
You can get fungi based infections and also mouth ulsers. In theory you could get AIDS and HIV if they had a cut in there mouth........
